ManoMano is a French company which was launched by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson in 2013, and has since expanded to serve customers across 6 countries (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, UK and Germany). Just five years after launching our business and after successfully raising 60 million euros in 2017, our staff numbers have tripled, and there are now 300 'Manos and Manas' working here. We have made it our mission to radically reshape DIYing by offering our customers easy access to online tips, tricks, products and services. We currently carry over 2.9 million products on our website, and work hand in hand with some 1,700 sellers.
In 2016 we received the IMC Gold Award for e-commerce, as well as EGB's Innovation prize, and were also invited to join Google's VIP Scale-Up programme (top 10 French start-ups). Within the UK Sourcing team and reporting to the Lead Key Account Manager, you will occupy a position in a key division for ManoMano’s growth.
As an Account Manager, you will manage the business relationships with some of our partners and will be responsible for driving top and bottom line results of your portfolio. Dealing on a daily basis with executive managers, you will build and drive exceptional relationships with them and help them thrive their business through ManoMano.
Manage a portfolio of sellers & build strong partnerships
Develop their sales & negotiate win-win business terms
Build an excellent relationship with the sellers over the phone & face-to-face
Help partners’ prioritize business opportunities
Analyze business performances and conduct in-depth analysis to identify growth opportunities
Set yearly/quarterly/monthly objectives and action plans to achieve and exceed goals
Continuously seek for sales, operational and process improvement
Technically support the merchants to improve their catalog
Develop & manage the trade marketing and promotional activities for the UK platform
Define promotional actions in collaboration with the marketing department
Build the product selections with seasonal relevance
Constantly negotiate with sellers the best commercial terms
Analyse the results and improve the effectiveness of our promotion and our merchandising
