About Our Team

Restaurant Operations is an elite team inside Rappi, being responsible for every aspect of our consumer journey - from the moment they browse the app to the moment they receive their meal. In order to accomplish that task efficiently, we need to work smart. We have a relentless focus on using empirical approaches to make decisions in an informed, rational manner, and on producing automated, scalable solutions.

What You ́ll Do

Be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant onboarding operations at Rappi 

Manage operational teams of 50+ members to ensure OKRs and SLAs are consistently achieved

Proactively identify and propose solutions to operational issues

Analyze and optimize business processes to increase onboarding efficiency

Provide the best possible experience to our restaurants, making Rappi the delivery app-of-choice to partner with

Manage relationships with global providersDrive the transformation of insights into real-life solutions

Expected Qualifications

Graduated in Business Administration or similar areas.

Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow

Ability to steer operational teams, hereby assuring OKRs and SLAs are achieved

Good problem-solving capabilities to understand and tackle complex operational issues

Strong project management skills 

Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way

Advanced Excel skills

Fluency in Spanish, ideally English as well


Working proficiency in programming languages, especially SQLA track-record of managing high-performing teams (as demonstrated through projects both in- and outside of the academic environment).
